In order to make your buying decision less stressful, Carrington Court offers one simple price for all upholstery. No need to compute the total based on which fabric or finish you choose. And best of all, we offering shipping at no charge to you. The price you see is the price you pay.
What's Not Included?
There are a few items that are not included with the free shipping program. Slipcovers, throw pillows, and cut yardage fabric all incur a small shipping charge.
Shipping for Large Orders
Large orders of a dozen or more pieces are generally quoted. Moderate discounts off of our wholesale price are available depending on the total size of the purchase. Instead of using a small package service like UPS or FedEx, these orders are shipped by a common carrier.
How Will My Order Be Delivered?
Our goal is to get your furniture to you in pristine condition and as quickly as possible. We use a wide variety of shipping methods depending on the size of your order, the dimensions of individual pieces, and location of delivery.
Fabric Samples
Swatch orders are always free and are shipped by the U.S. Postal Service. Shipment usually occurs within two business days and delivery can take between two to seven days. Those needing expedited shipping should call in their order and will be offered FedEx overnight shipping. Those choosing this method will need to supply a FedEx account number or provide a credit card to cover shipping costs.
Side Chairs & Parsons Chairs
Most dining and parsons chairs ship by FedEx Home Delivery. FedEx is able to get non-oversized chairs anywhere in the continental U.S. within 7 days. Orders of six or more chairs may be shipped by a variety of methods including common carrier or home delivery service. Common carriers can generally deliver anywhere in the country within just a few days. Home delivery companies can take longer, but usually provide in-home delivery. Home delivery is not economically feasible for most small orders, but if you would like to request this type of service, we can arrange it for you for an additional fee.
Host Chairs, Arm Chairs, & Larger Items
Larger chairs ship either by common carrier or home delivery service. When these items are ready to ship, we will arrange shipping and the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Which service we use will vary based on delivery location.
How Long Will Delivery Take?
Overall delivery time depends on many factors, but must also include production time. Everything that Carrington Court manufactures is custom made specifically for you. Quoted production times are two to five weeks, but in many cases can be faster. If you have a deadline to meet, be sure to call us and we'll work with you to ensure you have your furniture when needed. Delivery times will vary by shipping method and delivery location. All items ship from our NC factory. Typical transit times:

Shipment Notifications
Orders shipping by FedEx will receive and email notification upon shipment with the anticipated delivery date and tracking numbers. Those items shipping by common carrier or home delivery are turned over to the shipper upon completion of production. The shipping company will then contact the customer to arrange a delivery day and time.
